Reported defects in Arlequin ver 2.001 (released January 2001)

1. Haplotype and allele frequencies are not correctly estimated for recessive data: 
   For recessive data, a bug has appeared in ver 2.001 that did not exist in ver 2.000. Haplotype frequencies, allele frequencies and all methods relying on these quantities (like likelihood- ratio tests of linkage disequilibrium) are not correctly estimated for RECESSIVE DATA only.
